It’s time for Snake to evolve into his final form – Snake Plissken in Escape From New York.
Yep, thanks to modder JinMarr, you can now play Metal Gear Solid 5 as one of John Carpenter’s seminal 80s Kurt Russell-fuelled creations, and the original inspiration for Kojima’s character. Actually, you can play as two of them, because JinMarr has also extended the mod to let you muck about as Jack Burton from Big Trouble in Little China, too, which surely means saying “it’s all in the reflexes” every time you fluke something, and then laughing to yourself, because that could never possibly get old. Gawd, mods are great.
