A day that many Shenmue fans thought would never arrive has almost, er, arrived – Shenmue III releases on 19th November, and a glossy new launch trailer promises epic storytelling, cherry blossom falling slowly in the breeze, and people getting kicked squarely in the face. Wonderful.

The action-adventure game has been decades in the making, and will finally be published by Deep Silver on Tuesday for PC (as an Epic exclusive, but let’s not dig that sideshow up again right now for our own sanity) and PlayStation 4. In it, Ryo Hazuki’s quest to find his father’s killer in 1980s China continues.
This should be …a good one.
