A key sequence from 2020ās A Quiet Place sequel might form the basis of the seriesā next instalment, itās been revealed.
Paramount has revealed the title for the upcoming spin-off to A Quiet Place and its 2020 sequel. If you were a fan of the flashback sequence from the sequel movie, this announcement might just make you very happy indeed. The film has been titled as A Quiet Place: Day One, suggesting that it will focus on the arrival of the aliens on Earth. 2020ās sequel featured a sequence that focused on the alienās first appearances and it was spellbindingly good, so if weāre to get a whole movie based around that premise, itās doubtful that thereāll be too many complaints from fans.
John Krasinski, director of the first two films is working on a third entry in the mainline series, whilst the Day One spin-off film will be helmed by Pig's Michael Sarnoski. Krasinskiās film isnāt expected to arrive until 2025 whilst Day One will make its bow in September 2023. Whilst A Quiet Place Part II was a great watch, moving the action away from the already-established characters and setting seems like a sound idea on paper, freshening up the series before Krasinskiās film arrives to continue the story at some point in 2025.
Weāll being you more details on this one as we hear it.
