If you’re aged between 16 and 25 and have made a short film in the last two years, then you’re eligible for a very special BFI festival.

Filmmakers aged 16-25 have a few weeks left if they want to put forward their work for 2021’s Future Film Festival from the BFI.

With £15,000 of prizes to be awarded and a modest £3 entry fee, the festival offers the opportunity for young filmmakers to submit a short film under 10 minutes in length. As well as the prizes too, the best films will be shown at next February’s BFI Future Film Festival, which is returning for its 14th year.

Submissions are open until August 7th 2020, and full details on how to submit your film – assuming you fall within the eligibility criteria – can be found here https://filmfreeway.com/BFIFutureFilmFestival.

The very best of luck to all entrants.
