Liam Neeson will use his special set of skills once again, this time as a gangster in Thug – and the cast has now been confirmed.
Another year, another Liam Neeson action vehicle. This time around, Neeson is playing a gangster who is trying to make amends with his children. Wouldn’t you know it, though, his gangster chums aren’t so keen. It probably isn’t a spoiler to say that violence then ensues.
Neeson takes the lead role in the movie, alongside Ron Perlman, Yolonda Ross and Daniel Diemer.
Neeson reunites with Cold Pursuit director Hans Petter Moland for this one, working from a script by Tony Gayton.
Thug is currently filming in Boston and is expected to be released in 2023, we’ll keep you updated as we hear more.
