Filming is set to begin shortly on Enola Holmes 2 for Netflix, and full details of the sequel’s cast have been revealed.
With the legal problems the sequel was facing apparently cleared up, Netflix has given a greenlight for a second adventure for Enola Holmes.
Millie Bobby Brown will be returning to play the young sleuth, and lots of casting announcements have all come together.
Louis Partridge for one will be back in the new film, and we already knew that Henry Cavill will be reprising the role of Sherlock. It’s been confirmed as well that Helena Bonham Carter will be back as Eudoria.
Also in the ensemble this time too are Adeel Akhtar, David Thewlis, Susan Wokoma, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, Hannah Dodd, Serrana Su-Ling Bliss, Abbie Hern and Gabriel Tierney.
Jack Thorne has again penned the script for this one, and Harry Bradbeer will once again direct.
Filming is due to start shortly, and it looks as if Enola Holmes 2 will debut on Netflix at some point in 2022.
