The actor joins what’s already a hugely fun ensemble, including the return of Daniel Craig as sleuth Benoit Blanc, alongside Dave Bautista, Edward Norton, Janelle Monae, Kate Hudson, Kathryn Hahn and Jessica Henwick. The film is now shooting in Greece and will head to Netflix, who paid a reported $469m for the privilege of two Knives Out sequels. According to reports, the ‘only contingencies of the deal were that Craig must star in the sequels and that each must have at least the budget of the 2019 movie, which was in the $40 million range.’ Hawke is currently also working on the Moon Knight series for Marvel Studios and is sure to add some more class into what we imagine is already a very fun shoot.
