TV’s Greatest Seasons, a show about, well… the greatest seasons of television, is the latest addition to the Film Stories Podcast Network.
The clue is in the title, folks. Yes, the Film Stories Podcast Network has a brand new show all about television, specifically the best seasons of shows it has to offer.
TV’s Greatest Seasons is the brainchild of Baz Greenland, a prolific podcaster on the network behind shows such as A Dream Given Form and The TARDIS Crew, who will zero in on an array of television series examining specific seasons through different lenses – guest choices, one-hit wonders, you name it.
Greenland said of the project: “I love great TV and this podcast is a celebration of those seasons that have resonated with us. I’ve had some amazing discussions with my guests and I can’t wait to share them with you all.”
The opening episode, focused on what makes a great season of TV as a primer, will reveal the first run of series to get coverage, but expect shows as varied as Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Frasier and Cracker (there may have been a murder) to be in the mix.
TV’s Greatest Seasons is now available wherever you get your podcasts, though we prefer Spotify, so give it a listen here, and catch new episodes across June and into July weekly:
