Harvey Keitel and Olga Kurylenko will headline thriller Paradox Effect, and the first details have landed.
It’s been a quiet year for Harvey Keitel, whose most recent onscreen appearance saw him reprise the role of FBI agent Peter Sadusky in Disney+ sequel/spin off series National Treasure: Edge Of History (pictured).
It’s been announced that Keitel will lead Paradox Effect, which will see him play a violent kingpin who kidnaps a woman’s daughter. The woman teams up with a corrupt Interpol agent, whose son is also being held hostage, and concocts a scheme to con a variety of criminals to raise the ransom cash.
Starring opposite Keitel is Olga Kurylenko.
Scott Weintrob will direct from a screenplay by Samuel Bartlett, Andrea Iervolino and Ferdinando Dell’Omo.
Paradox Effect will begin production in Italy in January, we’ll keep you updated as we hear more.
