Redcon-1 brings zombies, horror and action to the UK – and here’s the trailer for the movie.
Director Chee Keong Cheung has been busy over the past few years. Taking seven years to bring to the screen, he’s realised his feature, Redcon-1, a small budget British marriage of zombie film, horror, action and war.
The film was shot across 12 different cities, and Chee didn’t do things by halves. Around 1500 extras were used, as well as tanks, helicopters and Humvees.
The movie got a release via Vue Cinemas earlier this year, and has now been released on Blu-ray and streaming, courtesy of 101 Films. And it arrives haven’t already notched up a fair amount of acclaim.
Here’s the trailer for the film, that stars Oris Erhuero, Carlos Gallardo, Mark Strange, Joshua Dickinson, Akira Koieyama, Katarina Waters and Martyn Ford.
