The Imposters, a new independent LGBTQ+ thriller from British filmmaker Nicholas Winter, has scored a digital release in the UK and US. You can stream the film from the comfort of your own home from January.
Marie Everett, Chynna Walker, Amanda Michaud, Tegan Mordt, and Julia Haworth star in The Imposters, which asks the audience, what if you couldn’t trust your partner?
Here’s the official synopsis: The film follows Maya (Everett) who meets the enigmatic Hattie (Walker) following a split from her long-term girlfriend Anna (Mordt). The pair take a trip to Spain where things quickly unravel and Maya realises that all is not as it seems and Hattie is not being entirely truthful.

The Imposters was shot on location in London, Chester and Spain and has had a very successful festival run. The thriller has nabbed itself a whopping 14 awards across different festivals, including Best LGBT Feature Film, Best Lead Actress, and Best Supporting Actress at the 2023 Five Continents International Film Festival.
