Crime comedy film Bermondsey Tales: Fall of the Roman Empire wraps production next week, and here are the details.
Bermondesy Tales: Fall Of The Roman Empire aims to put a comedic spin on the British gangster genre.
In the movie, Gary Webster will play Mick Roman, the head of the local crime family who must choose a successor after he is diagnosed with cancer. The cast is rounded out by familiar comic actors including Linda Robson, David Schaal, Ricky Grover (who himself wrote, directed and starred in crime comedy Big Fat Gypsy Gangster), John Hannah, Vicki Michelle, Vas Blackwood, Adam Deacon, Alan Ford, Frank Harper, Maisie Smith and controversial comedian Daniel OāReilly, otherwise known as Dapper Laughs.
Michael Head wrote and directed the film, which is due to be released in November. More as we hear it.
