British romcom Rye Lane will be available to watch at home on Disney+ from the 3rd May, off the back of superb reviews.
Rye Lane, the directorial debut of Raine Allen Miller, is one of the most delightful treats of 2023, with a witty script by Nathan Bryon and Tom Melia, and two wonderful central performances from Vivian Oparah and David Jonsson.
The official synopsis reads as follows: Yas and Dom, two twenty-somethings both reeling from bad break-ups, connect over the course of an eventful day in South London – helping each other deal with their nightmare exes, and potentially restoring their faith in romance.
Rye Lane will be available to stream on Disney+ from the 3rd May, as confirmed by Disney+ via Twitter. But do catch it in cinemas if you can. It’s just the kind of British film that deserves and benefits from your support.
