Peter Weirās modern classic The Truman Show is heading to 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray in July ā and more details are here.
Celebrating its 25th anniversary this very year is the prescient and brilliant The Truman Show, a film that unwittingly arrived even as the reality TV era was being concocted behind closed doors at the same time.
It was a movie too that was delayed so that it could wait for its leading man, Jim Carrey. What’s more, co-star Ed Harris then joined the production very, very late in the way.
Directed by Peter Weir, Paramount is now giving The Truman Show its 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray disc debut to mark its 25th birthday. The film is earmarked for release on the format on July 3rd 2023 in the UK.
The release comes with a Blu-ray in the box too to carry across previous extra features. And you can find more information, and order yourself a copy, right here.
