Four more Carry On films are heading to Blu-ray this November, and more details have landed.
So far, two sets of Carry On Blu-rays have been released. A third has now been confirmed for release later this year.
Containing films nine to twelve in the long-running series, Carry On Collection 3 will be released by Australian distributor Via Vision on 8th November.
Each of the films – Carry On Spying (1964), Carry On Cleo (1964), Carry On Cowboy (1965) and Carry On Screaming! (1966, pictured) – have been completely restored in high definition, and comes with an array of features, including a commentary track featuring Bernard Cribbins, Angela Douglas and Fenella Fielding.
The films are spoofs of James Bond, Hollywood epic Cleopatra, American Westerns, and Hammer horror films, respectively.
The set also marks the worldwide premiere release for Carry On Spying on Blu-ray, which was Barbara Windsor’s debut in the film series.
The first 1,000 copies ordered will also come with a limited edition 112-page booklet recreating the original promotional press materials issued for all of the first twelve Carry On films.
