Salma Hayek and Owen Wilson team up for low-budget, sci-fi romance Bliss, launching on the Amazon Prime Video service on February 5th.
Amazon Studios has launched the trailer for Bliss, an upcoming romance with a rather novel twist. Wilson plays a recently divorced man who meets Hayek’s Isabel when she is living on the streets. Isabel believes that the dirty and imperfect world that they live in is nothing but a computer simulation. Whilst full of disbelief at first, Wilson’s Greg is slowly drawn into Isabel’s way of thinking.
The film is directed by Mike Cahill, who has previously helmed I Origins and Another Earth, a film that cleverly blended relationship drama with wider cosmic events.
