Girls Girls Girls is an empowering drama following three teen girls exploring desire and first love – here’s the trailer. Directed by Alli Haapasalo, Girls Girls Girls follows a trio of Finnish teens played by Aamu Milonoff, Eleonoora Kauhanen, and Linnea Leino. It’s the director’s second feature, and will be released in UK cinemas on 30th September. The film is about Mimmi, Emma and Rönkkö, three girls who are about to enter womanhood, and are exploring when it comes to love and desire. Here’s the synopsis: “Starring Aamu Milonoff, Eleonoora Kauhanen, Linnea Leino, the film follows Mimmi, Emma and Rönkkö three girls at the cusp of womanhood, trying to draw their own contours. Over three consecutive Fridays, two of them experience the earth moving effects of falling in love, while the third goes on a quest to find something she’s never experienced before…pleasure.” Girls Girls Girls was praised by critics following its debut at Sundance Film Festival earlier this year.
