Rise Of The Footsoldier: Vengeance arrives in September, and Craig Fairbrass takes the lead: here’s the trailer.

Rise Of The Footsoldier began as a film about football hooliganism and the true story of the Rettendon Murders. With each successive release, the franchise has grown into a huge success story for the UK film industry. After the second film, the franchise shifted focus to the violent life of Pat Tate, as played by Craig Fairbrass.

The latest film is Rise Of The Footsoldier: Vengeance. The synopsis reads as follows:

Pat Tate (Craig Fairbrass) embarks on a rampage to avenge his loyal and trusted footsoldier’s violent death, venturing beyond his comfort zone of Essex into the dark side of 90s Soho to track down the villain responsible. Set to execute his revenge, Tate will stop at nothing even as the world around him starts to explode.

Also in the cast are Jamie Foreman, George Russo, Ben Wilson, Stephen McCole, Sadie Frost, Tara Fitzgerald, ArrDee, and Josh Myers.

Nick Nevern, who helmed the previous instalment Rise Of The Footsoldier: Origins, returns to direct from a screenplay by Andrew Loveday and Jason Maza.

Rise Of The Footsoldier: Vengeance will be released in UK cinemas on the 15th September.
