Catch a first glimpse of Tom Hanks in the remake of the celebrated 2015 Swedish comedy, A Man Called Ove.
Sony has released the trailer for A Man Called Otto, the upcoming comedy remake starring Tom Hanks at his grumpiest.
A Man Called Otto is penned by celebrated screenwriter David Magee, who has previously wrote scripts for Finding Neverland and Life Of Pi. World War Z director Marc Forster, who also helmed Finding Neverland, will be in the director’s chair.
The film is an English-language remake of A Man Called Ove, A Swedish-language film which was nominated for two Oscars. The story will follow ‘Otto (Hanks), a temperamental widower who slowly finds the value in developing friendships with his neighbours as he keeps a close watch on the community.’
