A new film and TV production company ā Red Bus Movies ā will actively look to give military veterans a way into the business.
Writer Dougie Brimson has announced the creation of Red Bus Movies, a new British film and TV production company that’s going to play host to a bunch of his projects.
Brimson, author of 17 books and three feature films (most notably Green Street, pictured), currently has on his slate a TV action series The 45th, and the comedy movie The Gentle Sex (that he’s co-written with Gary Lawrence). With the formation of the company, talks are underway now with fresh co-production partners.
Brimson is a veteran of the armed forces, and one of the guiding principles of Red Bus Movies will be to employ as many ex-military actors, crew and creatives as it can on its projects.
