The UK release date for The Last Letter From Your Lover, based on Jojo Moyes’ best selling novel has been announced.
The Last Letter From Your Lover finally has a UK release date and a shiny new poster to go with. Coming to cinemas on the 6th August, audiences can watch Felicity Jones, Joe Alwyn and Shailene Woodley in the latest romance to be adapted from Jojo Moyes collection of novels.
If you’ve heard that name before, it’s because she’s the writer behind tear-jerker Me Before You. Directed by Augustine Frizzell (Euphoria, Never Goin’ Back) it’s centred around another epic love story. ‘The Last Letter From Your Lover is a passionate, dual-narrative love story set in the French Riviera and London during the 1960s and present-day.’ Sounds like you might also need to pack your tissues for this one as well.
Featuring well known British talent like Felicity Jones (The Theory Of Everything) and some newer stars like Callum Turner (Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald), Nabhaan Rizwan (1917) and Joe Alwyn (The Favourite) the cast is also rounded out by American star Shailene Woodley who you may have seen recently in The Mauritanian. With a cast this strong, it looks like a strong summer contender to add to your film calendar.
Whilst the film is getting a Netflix release in some territories, you can catch it in UK cinemas from the 6th August.
