The return of the Sanderson sisters in Hocus Pocus 2 has been confirmed for September 30th 2022 – more details here.
It’s been a long time coming, but the sequel to Disney’s 1993 Halloween favourite Hocus Pocus is arriving on September 30th.
The new film sees the return of Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy as the Sanderson sisters. Doug Jones returns as well. And they’re joined this time by Whitney Peak, Lilia Buckingam, Belissa Escobedo, Sam Richardson, Tony Hale, Hannah Waddingham and more.
This time around, Anne Fletcher is directing (Kenny Ortega called the shots on the original), and the film has been penned by Jen D’Angelo.
Expect a full trailer in due course. The film is going directly to Disney+, so won’t be troubling the inside of a multiplex.
