BBC One confirms its Christmas movie schedule

Paddington 2 already looks like the pick of BBC One’s festive movie schedule.

Appreciating it’s not quite what it once was learning what films the BBC is running over Christmas, it’s still a telling sign that the festive season is well underway. As if the legion of Christmas trees going up in November hadn’t given that away.

Here’s what’s in store on BBC One…

Christmas Eve

10.40     Kung Fu Panda 3

1.25        Toy Story 3

3.00        Frozen

5.30        Beauty & The Beast (2017)

Christmas Day

12.55     Moana

3.10        Finding Dory

Boxing Day

9.00        The Good Dinosaur

10.25     Wreck-It Ralph

1.50        The Boss Baby

3.45        The Jungle Book (2016)

7.20        Paddington 2

New Year’s Eve

9.30        Chicken Run

1.30        Paddington 2

3.10        Shrek The Third

New Year’s Day

2am       Point Break

9.30        Shaun The Sheep Movie

11.00     Pete’s Dragon (presumably the new one)

2.30        The Sound Of Music
