If you enjoyed The Class Of 92, here’s another football documentary with a Manchester United slant.
The story of Sir Matt Busby is coming to the screen in a brand new documentary. And it’s very nearly with us too.
Busby will tell the tale of the legendary Manchester United football manager. Under his stewardship, United were turned into one of the most successful football clubs around. The film will follow his story from his beginnings in a small Scottish mining village, to rebuilding United both after the war, and then after the horrific Munich air disaster.
Joe Pearlman, who helmed Bros: After The Screaming Stops, has put this one together. He’s brought together interviews from some of the remaining ‘Busby Babes’, as well as more recent United stars.
The film is set to be released by Altitude, and it’s available for digital download from 15th November, ahead of its DVD and Blu-ray release on 18th November.
Here’s the trailer…
The film gets its world premiere on 11th November in Manchester.
