If you missed Out Of Blue at the cinema, it’s heading to disc in the next week or two.
Here’s some good news. Carol Morley’s latest film, Out Of Blue, earned a broad mix of reviews upon its release earlier this year. It’s much loved by some too, and you can make your own mind up on the movie – should you have missed its theatrical outing – with its incoming disc release.
For Picturehouse Entertainment has confirmed that it’ll be releasing the film on DVD, Blu-ray and digital on September 2nd. Furthermore, it’s popping a couple of deleted scenes on the discs as well.
The synopsis for the film reads as follows…
When homicide detective Mike Hoolihan (Patricia Clarkson) is called to investigate the murder of a leading astrophysicist in New Orleans, she is confronted by a mystery that begins to affect her in ways she had never expected. As the investigation deepens, a darker world is slowly revealed and she must use all of her skills and experience to piece together fragments of a wider conspiracy that lies behind the murder.
When we hear anything on Carol Morley’s next movie venture, we’ll let you know.
