JJ Perry’s next film is hitman thriller The Killer’s Game, and Dave Bautista will be leading the cast for it.
JJ Perry is a prolific stuntman and stunt co-ordinator, arranging fight scenes and stuntwork for films like Welcome To The Jungle, Ultraviolet, Blood and Bone, Safe and many, many others. He made his directorial debut in 2022 with vampire thriller Day Shift.
His next film is The Killer’s Game, which will follow a hitman with a terminal illness who orders a hit on himself. When he discovers he was misdiagnosed, he must fend off multiple hitmen.
Dave Bautista will star opposite top tier martial arts talent including Scott Adkins, Mark Dacascos, Marko Zaror and Daniel Bernhardt. The supporting cast includes Ben Kingsley, Pom Klementieff, Ice Cube and Sofia Boutella.
Perry directs from a screenplay by X-Men writer Simon Kinberg and Rand Ravich.
The Killer’s Game will begin production this summer, we’ll keep you updated as we hear more.
