Three new catalogue titles are confirmed for UK 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray releases – more details right this way.
A trio of new 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray physical disc announcements have come in, for new releases heading to the UK.
The first two come from Arrow, and the packages they’ve put together look an absolute treat.
Firstly, we’re getting
Donnie Darko, in a limited edition double disc set. You’re getting the theatrical cut on the first disc, and the director’s cut on the second, along with a 100-page hardcover book and a whole host of extra features (including three commentary tracks across the two discts). It’s out on April 26
th, and you can find more information here.

Also on the same day, Arrow is releasing
Battle Royale on the 4K disc format. This one’s coming in a five-disc set, the first two of which offer the theatrical and special edition cuts of the film in 4K. Again, a whole host of extra features here as well. Discs three and four meanwhile are standard Blu-rays of the sequel, with the fifth disc being a soundtrack CD. More information and pre-ordering for that one is here.

Finally, Sony will be releasing Guy Ritchie’s second movie,
Snatch, on June 1
st. It’s to mark the 20
th anniversary of the film, and whilst no further information has been released as of yet, you can preorder the 4K version of it here

More on all of these as we hear it.
