Marvel’s latest television series is the Hawkeye sequel Echo, and here’s the trailer for the new show.

It would be fair to say that Marvel’s televisual output is something of a mixed bag, and recent reports of chaotic goings on behind the scenes at Marvel do not paint the company in a particularly good light.

That said, they are pressing ahead with promotion for their next series Echo, a sequel/spin-off from Hawkeye. The shows keep on coming, and here’s hoping the quality takes an uptick as well

The synopsis reads as follows…

No bad deed goes unpunished.” Following the events seen in the Hawkeye series (2021) in New York City, Maya Lopez (Alaqua Cox) return to her hometown where she must come to terms with her past, reconnect with her Native American roots, and embrace her family and community.

The cast also includes Vincent D’Onofrio, Chaske Spencer, Graham Greene, Tantoo Cardinal, Devery Jacobs, Zahn McClarnon and Cody Lightning.

Better Call Saul story editor Marion Dayre serves as showrunner and co-writer with Amy Radin.

Unusually for a Marvel series, all five episodes will be available to stream on Disney+ from the 10th January 2024, in one go.
