A labour of love to bring to the screen, here’s the first trailer for Homeless Ashes.
It’s taken four years to make, but British filmmaker Marc Zammit can now see the finish post for his debut feature film, Homeless Ashes.
The film has been penned by George Wilcox, with Zammit directing and appearing in the movie. Also in the cast are Lew Temple, Jamey May, Angela Dixon, Hector Bateman, Jason Flemyng, Andrew Lee Potts and Maria Howell.
The film tells the story of Frankie, who runs away from home and ends up homeless and on the streets. The movie then follows his life, and attempts to survive living rough. As well as giving audiences a film well worth their time, the aim too is for the feature to raise awareness of homelessness, and to give people without a home a voice.
