Action movie Tin Soldier boasts an impressive cast, with Jamie Foxx, Robert De Niro, Scott Eastwood, and John Leguizamo set to star.
Action movie Tin Soldier will start filming in Greece next week, and the star-studded cast has just been announced by Deadline. Jamie Foxx, Robert De Niro, Scott Eastwood, and John Leguizamo will star.
The film tells the story of Bokushi (Foxx) who preaches to veterans and promises protection and purpose. Drawn in by his charisma, he amasses a following and builds a fortress with military-trained defenders. The government makes several failed infiltration attempts, eventually sending in military operative Emmanuel Ashburn (De Niro) and Bokushi’s former disciple Nash Cavanaugh (Eastwood). The latter agrees to help so he can exact his revenge on Bakushi, who took everything from him, including the love of his life.
Brad Furman is set to direct from a script by The Infiltrator's Jess Fuerst. Tin Soldier is yet another film with rights up for grabs at Cannes Film Festival, with a substantial bidding war expected for this one.
