A major sequence for the next Mark Wahlberg film is set to shut down a little bit of Cardiff.
As we reported earlier this year, Mark Wahlberg has headed to the UK for his latest movie project. He’s been shooting the movie Infinite over the past week, and he’s been spending the last few days in Cardiff.
The film is being directed by The Equalizer and Training Day director Antoine Fuqua, and the BBC reports that a major stunt for the film is set to shoot this coming weekend. Road closures will be in effect on Sunday through until Tuesday.
The film tells the story of a man who has hallucinations, and then discovers that they’re actually visions from past lives. The movie is scheduled for release in 2020, and also in the cast are Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rupert Friend, Sophie Cookson and Dylan O’Brien.
The movie is likely to land towards the end of next summer.
