Paul Feig adds yet another project to his packed schedule, an adaptation of The House Across The Lake.
Prolific filmmaker Paul Feig has added another film to his slate, which so far includes the sequel to A Simple Favour, with Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively both reprising their roles, Grand Death Lotto with John Cena, Awkwafina and Simu Liu, as well as producing horror film Suburban Hell with Sam Raimi.
Riley Sager’s novel The House Across The Lake tells the story of Casey Fletcher, a recently widowed actor who retreats to her family lakehouse in Vermont and begins spying on Tom and Katherine, the wealthy couple in the titular house, eventually becoming embroiled in the mystery of Katherine’s disappearance.
Feig will direct and produce for Netflix, the screenwriter has not yet been confirmed.
We’ll keep you updated as we hear more. Feig is currently shooting Grand Death Lotto, so that’s at least one project ticked off the list.
