Pierce Brosnan stars in heist thriller The Misfits, from Die Hard 2 director Renny Harlin – and here’s the first trailer for the movie.
Paramount has issued the first trailer for the incoming heist movie The Misfits, that sees Pierce Brosnan in the lead role, leading a cast that includes Rami Jaber, Hermione Corfield, Jamie Chung, Mike Angelo with Tim Roth and Nick Cannon.
Renny Harlin – he of Die Hard 2 and Cliffhanger fame – directs this one, and it’s getting a brief cinema release in the US, before heading to on demand services. As of yet, no UK release date has popped onto the schedules.
Robert Henny and Kurt Wimmer have penned the script for this one, and we’ve at the very least got a trailer for it. Here’s a taste as to what’s in store, and the full synopsis awaits you underneath…

A band of modern-day Robin Hoods known as “The Misfits”, recruit renowned thief Richard Pace (Pierce Brosnan) to help them pull off the heist of the century. The prize: millions in gold bars stashed underneath one of the world’s most secure prisons. Hold on tight for a globe-trotting, action-packed thriller from the Director of Die Hard 2.
