Amazon is in final negotiations to acquire the eagerly awaited new project from director Emerald Fennell: Saltburn.
Emerald Fennell’s next project has been a hot commodity at Cannes, and it looks as though the deal is in its final stages.
Entitled Saltburn, little is known about the plot, however, what we do know that it will star Rosamund Pike, Euphoria actor Jacob Elordi and Barry Keoghan, who was recently revealed as the new Joker in The Batman.
Fennell, having won a Best Screenplay Oscar for 2020’s Promising Young Woman, is set to write and direct the film, no dates have been set, with Fennell currently busy filming next year’s Barbie.
