Filming kicks off next year on the new The Craft.
It’s been in gestation for some time, but now it finally looks as if the new take on 1996’s The Craft is moving forward.
The new take on the material is being written and directed by Zoe Lister-Jones, with Sony and Blumhouse Productions backing the film. Once again, it’ll zero in on a group of young women at high school, who start dabbling with witchcraft. It’d be fair to say that this brings with it consequences.
The ensemble, then, is will feature Gideon Adlon (pictured), Lovie Simone and Zoey Luna, with the trio taking the three lead roles.
Filming is set to begin next year on the movie. No release date as yet been announced.
