Sandra Bullock, Channing Tatum and a little bit of Brad Pitt in a Romancing the Stone-style action movie? Meet The Lost City.
Paramount has launched the trailer for The Lost City, starring Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum. The action flick is set to release on March 25th 2022 in cinemas, and features quite the supporting cast too, with Daniel Radcliffe, Patti Harrison, Da’Vine Joy Randolph and Brad Pitt all making appearances.
The film looks to be a modern take on the classic 1980s adventure flick Romancing the Stone, following Bullock, who plays a ‘reclusive romance novelist who was sure nothing could be worse than getting stuck on a book tour with her cover model’ until ‘a kidnapping attempt sweeps them both into a cutthroat jungle adventure, proving life can be so much stranger, and more romantic, than any of her paperback fictions.’
