I get up when I want. Except on Tuesdays, when I get rudely awakened by a new blur documentary trailer.
Iconic British rock band, blur, have unveiled a new trailer and cinema release date for their upcoming documentary, blur: To The End.
Filmed during the production of their surprise 2023 album, The Ballad Of Darren, the film looks behind the scenes at the groupās reunion after eight years of almost complete isolation from each other.
Check out the blur: To The End trailer below:
The filmās director, Toby L, said in a statement: āWe sat down at the start of the project and agreed that the film had to tell a new story, be shot entirely on location, and crucially, be honest. In To The End, thatās what I hope people can see, and most importantly, feel.
āWorking with blur on this documentary, over the past year has been the honour of a lifetime. They were the first band I ever saw ā when I was 10 ā at Wembley Arena. To consider that a little over 25 years later, Iād be making a film with the band that changed my entire world view on art, culture and music, remains utterly surreal. I hope that through watching it people feel a little closer to this incredible group of artists and friends, and have a richer insight for a life spent being in a band.ā
