Four films from the Universal archives are coming together for a second classic monsters 4K boxset: more details here.
Following on from the first volume that went on sale a year or two back, Universal has unveiled a second collection of classic monster films that it’s bringing to the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray format.
In a set called Universal Classic Monsters: Icons Of Horror Collection Vol 2, it’s bringing four new films from its vaults to the format. There’s The Mummy, The Bride Of Frankenstein, Phantom Of The Opera and Creature From The Black Lagoon included in this one. That covers stars such as Claude Rains, Elsa Lanchester and Boris Karloff amongst that lot.
The set goes on sale on October 10th 2022, and is available for order now. No details as of yet on extra features, but you can find out more – and order a copy – right here.
