Did you know that Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomā€™s portable pots can be used as flexible joints? Well they can.


 

As youā€™ve probably already discovered, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomā€™s building tools are quite astonishingly flexible, allowing players to make anything from a simple raft to a battle tank bristling with weaponry. A few weeks on from the gameā€™s launch, players are still finding new ways to build things ā€“ and even the odd hidden feature.

Did you know, for example, that portable cooking pots can also be used as a ball and socket joint? The latest revelation comes to us via OneRunNoita on Reddit, whose 23-second video briefly explains how you can attach a pot to two objects.

Used this way, the pot adds rudimentary suspension to your vehicles, and there are no doubt dozens of other ways the pot could be used, too.

Portable pots are, of course, found in Zonai Capsules, and were previously useful for cooking up a quick meal or elixir while you were on the move. Portable pots could only be used once, however, which meant that theyā€™re generally best saved for emergencies. That they can also be used in construction could be a potential game-changer, though, and we can only imagine that Tears of the Kingdomā€™s designers must have quietly programmed this second, secret use in and waited to see who would discover it first.

Weā€™ll have to wait and see how the gameā€™s most talented users employ their portable pots in future ā€“ or what mischief theyā€™ll get up to. Now, if youā€™ll excuse us, weā€™re off to find a Zonai Device Dispenserā€¦
