A24 is beloved for putting out smart and original films, and the upcoming release of Sharper looks set to continue that trend. The comedy thriller is set to launch on Apple TV+ on February 17th and has four great actors as its leads. John Lithgow, Julianne Moore, Sebastian Stan and Justice Smith form the story’s core players in this noir-inflected tale of secrets and lies.
Benjamin Caron, who directed the final two episodes of Lucasfilm’s acclaimed Andor series, is directing.
Along with the cast, A24’s pedigree and an intriguing setup, that’s more than enough reason for us to be popping this one onto our watchlist.
