Disney re-releasing animated classics in UK cinemas throughout 2023

Disney is re-releasing a selection of animated classics on the big screen to celebrate its hundredth anniversary ā€“ and it all starts in August. 2023 marks the year of Disneyā€™s centenary celebrations. Walt Disney Studios was founded in October 1923, although the first animated feature, Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs, wasnā€™t released until 1937. To celebrate the occasion, Disney are re-releasing a selection of their classic films in cinemas. Each film will be in cinemas for around a week: Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs – From August 4th 2023 Bambi – From August 18th 2023 Cinderella – From August 25th 2023 Peter Pan – From September 1st 2023 101 Dalmatians – From September 8th 2023 Jungle Book – From September 15th 2023 Beauty And The Beast – From September 22nd 2023 Toy Story – From September 29th 2023 Princess And The Frog – From October 6th 2023 Frozen – From October 13th 2023 Tickets for the first few films are on sale at most cinemas now.
