You can catch a glimpse of Michel Myers’ latest return in Halloween Kills right here, as the new trailer for the movie lands.
If there’s one thing Michael Myers is good at, it’s coming back. It’s an improbable feat that he’s managed more times than we care to remember, so the iconic horror monster was never going to let a global pandemic keep him away from his return to the new Halloween series. Whilst Halloween Kills was delayed due to the pandemic, it will be returning in time for this year’s Halloween, with the film set for an October 15th release.
Halloween Kills is the follow-up to 2018’s Halloween, with the trailer indicating that the sequel will pick up right where the first film finished. Jamie Lee Curtis, Judy Greer, Andi Matichak, Anthony Michael Hall, Dylan Arnold, Robert Longstreet, Kyle Richards, Charles Cyphers, and Nancy Stephens star.
David Gordon Green returns to direct the second instalment of what is planned to be a trilogy. So whatever does happen in Halloween Kills, you can rest assured that good old Mr Myers will be performing his infamous party trick at least one more time.
Still, one of the things we like about the news series is Myers’ greater sense of vulnerability, so who knows, perhaps he can actually be destroyed in this newer version of the franchise?
Here’s a brief synopsis and you can catch the full trailer below:
Still set on October 31, 2018, Laurie Strode and her family work with new and old allies to form a mob against Michael Myers, who is still loose in Haddonfield.
And here comes the trailer…
