Sony Pictures Animation has released the full title of the 4th Hotel Transylvania instalment, Hotel Transylvania: Transformania.
Releasing in theatres on the 23rd July, there’s currently no information on whether this will be a global release date or just for U.S. fans but the release date has already moved up twice, originally scheduled to release on the 22nd December and then the 6th August 2021.
The third film in the franchise, Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation became the highest-grossing film of the series, so the fourth and final outing is highly anticipated.
Adam Sandler, Selena Gomez and Andy Samberg are all expected to return however previous director Genndy Tartakovsky will not be returning in this role, though he remains attached to the franchise as writer and executive producer. Hotel Transylvania: Transformania will be directed by Jennifer Kluska and Derek Drymon making their feature length directorial debuts.
