Quentin Tarantino and Brian DePalma each have a film coming to the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray format this coming autumn.
A busy autumn lies ahead for catalogue releases on the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray is set to get that bit more packed with a pair of popular titles heading our way from Universal.
First up, in 18
th October, is Quentin Tarantino’s
Inglourious Basterds, a film that’s been rumoured for a 4K upgrade for some time now. It’ll finally come to the format in a double pack with a Blu-ray copy of the film as well, although it doesn’t seem like there’ll be any fresh extra features included.
You can
find out more information and order yourself a copy right here.
A week later comes Brian DePalma’s brilliant
Carlito’s Way, starring Al Pacino. It’s a similar drill, with a 4K disc and a Blu-ray included in the packaging. The upgrade you’re getting is for the 4K presentation and audio improvements. And
you can find that one here.
Expect more release announcements over the coming weeks…
