If you missed Old in the cinema, then the film is heading to DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray this autumn – more details here.
The latest box of tricks from writer M Night Shyamalan was an adaptation of the graphic novel Sandcastle by Pierre-Oscar Levy and Frederick Peeters. The movie take on it landed in cinemas in July, and has grossed just over $60m worldwide thus far. That’s not too bad in the scheme of the new pandemic normal, and Universal will be looking for the film to find a bigger audience come its home format release.
Not too long to wait there either. The film is set to be released on DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray in the UK, and preorders have started to pop up around the place. Preorders that haven’t had a release date attached, but we’re hearing that the movie’s disc release will be on October 25th 2021.
You can find the listing for the film, and order yourself a copy, right here.
