Here’s the main trailer for Martin Scorsese’s eagerly-awaited Killers Of The Flower Moon, right here.

This year’s Cannes staged the the world premiere date for Martin Scorsese’s highly-anticipated serial killer period drama, Killers Of The Flower Moon and following May’s first-look trailer, a main trailer has released ahead of the film’s October release in cinemas.

Apple has financed the drama, which has a reported budget of $200m, a star-studded cast and Scorsese seemingly having enjoyed carte blanche to make the film that he wanted to. That freedom also extends to a reported runtime of 206 minutes for the film. Still, as well as some kind of theatrical run, the film is definitely headed to Apple TV+ where you can instead enjoy its sizeable length from the comfort of your sofa, if you’re so inclined.

The period drama starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Jesse Plemons, Lily Gladstone and Robert De Niro ‘takes place in 1920s Oklahoma and depicts a string of brutal murders of Osage Nation Native Americans, which came to be known as the Reign of Terror. The Osage Nation, who were the richest people per capita in the world, were killed one by one after oil was discovered on their land. As the death toll rose, the newly-created FBI took up the case and unraveled a chilling conspiracy and one of the most monstrous crimes in American history.’

The film also stars the likes of John Lithgow, Brendan Fraser, Cara Jade Myers, JaNae Collins, Jillian Dion, Tatanka Means, William Belleau, Scott Shepherd and Tantoo Cardinal. Killers of the Flower Moon is set to launch in cinemas in October 6th with a wider theatrical release coming on the 20th. Then, the Apple TV+ release will happen sometime soon after that. Here’s that trailer below.
