From writer and director Marcus Flemmings comes his second film, the acclaimed Palindrome – and here’s the trailer for it.

Writer and director Marcus Flemmings, before we all headed into lockdown, had managed to complete his second feature, premiere it and secure distribution. Furthermore, the film has win nine best feature film awards at an assortment of festivals, and is set for release over the coming months.

The movie is called Palindrome, and its cast is led by Tábata Cerezo, Sarah Swain and Karishma Bhandari. A trailer and synopsis for the film have been released too, so let’s go through those in turn.

PALINDROME is the story of young black man Fred as he struggles to find freedom in modern Britain. Interwoven with this is a LGBTQ tale of a love triangle of three matriarchal characters. Set against the backdrop of Brexit and it’s impending doom! The film tackles subjects such as the meaning of current slavery, gentrification, art, love, race, mental health and politics.
