Greatest Days, a film adaptation of Take That stage musical The Band, will be in UK cinemas on 16th June.
Take That fans, rejoice! Greatest Days will be in cinemas very soon – on 16th June, in fact. Adapted from the hit Take That stage musical The Band, Greatest Days follows five friends who enjoy an incredible night seeing their favourite boy band together.
Here’s the full synopsis:
‘Greatest Days follows five best friends who have the night of their lives seeing their favourite boy band in concert. Twenty-five years later their lives have changed in many different ways as they reunite for one more epic show by their beloved band, to relight their friendship and discover that maybe their greatest days are ahead of them.’
Not only will the musical feature the songs of Take That, Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald are also executive producers on the film.
The movie is directed by How To Build A Girl's Coky Giedroyc and written by Calendar Girls' Tim Firth. Among the main cast are Aisling Bea, Alice Lowe, Jayde Adams and Amaka Okafor.
Greatest Days will be in UK cinemas on 16th June.
