CG snakes at the ready! Four Anaconda films are heading to Blu-ray in an extras-packed boxset – more details here.
Must admit, when I popped along to see the original Anaconda in the cinema back in 1997 – complete with Jon Voight’s sneer – I never saw a movie franchise coming. But one duly followed, and in the ensuing years there’s been Anacondas: The Hunt For The Blood Orchid, Anaconda 3: Offspring and Anacondas – Trail Of Blood.
Spoiler: not all of these troubled the inside of a cinema, but they’ve certainly found an audience.
Now, they’re the subject of a posh boxset heading our way from 88 Films, which brings together all of the movies across a three-disc Blu-ray set that comes loaded with a whole load of extra features. The first 3000 sets come with a limited edition slip cover too.
