Luck, the first feature film from Skydance Animation is on its way, and you can catch a glimpse of it right here.

Luck is an upcoming animated feature film, the first to be produced by the animation arm of Skydance, the mega-production company who have partnered with Apple, meaning the film will be coming to the Apple TV+ platform next month. Luck is directed by Peggy Holmes, an Emmy winner who has formerly helmed Secret of the Wings and The Pirate Fairy. The project has been written by Kiel Murray, who penned Cars.

The film’s synopsis reads as such: ‘When an unlucky girl stumbles upon the never-before-seen world of good and bad luck, she teams up with magical creatures to uncover a force more powerful than even luck itself.’

The voice talents of Eva Noblezada, Simon Pegg, Whoopi Goldberg and Jane Fonda have all been recruited and Skydance will be hoping this one makes a splash to launch its animation side of the company with a bang. You can make your own minds up when the film releases on August 5th.
